Rogers isn't buying Chinese stocks hand over fist, but he is starting to nibble on shares. He is specifically looking at the finance sector although he is worried about the Chinese debt bubble.

He bought shares in Russia at the height of the Ukraine crisis because you are supposed to buy when there is blood in the streets.
